Purchases
When visitors purchase products or services on the site we collect the data shown in the order form and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Adventure Pirate collect various personal data which may include but is not limited to name, address, email, phone number, age, IP address, job title, medical conditions, allergies and vehicle registration numbers.
It may also be necessary to collect additional details from you should an accident occur whilst we are in charge.
We need to know your personal data to provide you with our products as well as complying with our legal obligations. We will not collect any personal data from you unless it is required for the activity you will be attending, or we have a legal obligation to do so.
Contact forms
Information submitted through contact forms is used by us and only us. We collect this information so that we can communicate with you about your enquiry.
