Adventure Pirate operates as part of Adventure Pirate Ltd.

Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions carefully. They are the basis of the contract between yourself and Adventure Pirate Ltd.

Payment & Cancellation of services

Your booking is confirmed with a 20% or a payment in full.

If you did not pay the full amount on booking, your remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your activity; up until this point you can adjust your numbers without charge.

If you cancel your booking within 7 days of your activity you will forfeit your session and not be offered a refund.

If we have to cancel, we will provide an alternative date or refund.

All online payments are processed through PayPal.

Refunds

It is our job the ensure you are satisfied with the services you have paid for. If you are unhappy with the service we provided, please contact us immediately to discuss any changes you feel could be made for future business.

Covid 19 – If you have to cancel your session due to Covid-19, Adventure Pirate LTD require 48 hours notice. If you cancel your session within 48 hours of your session taking place, due to Covid-19, a refund will not be given.

If you have to cancel your session because of Covid-19, as long as you give Adventure Pirate LTD 48 hours notice, you will be offered and alternative date or a full refund.

Insurance & Safety

Adventure Pirate LTD operates with public liability insurance of £10,000,000.

You may wish to take out your own personal injury insurance if you require to be covered for more than this amount.

All activities have been risk assessed and controls are put in place to avoid injury wherever possible.

It is essential that you abide by the decisions and instructions of our instructors.

Please check the weather in advance and ensure all participants are dressed accordingly. Most of our activities take place outdoors and participants will be exposed to the elements.

We operate a ‘3 warning system’. This means if an instructor feels someone is being unsafe and or deliberately puts themselves or others in danger they will receive a warning. If someone receives three warnings, they will be removed from the activity and no refund will be given. In cases where someone has deliberately broken rules, such as firing an arrow or pellet at someone they will be immediately removed from the activity without any warning.
