Experience an Unforgettable Night Stay Camping in Poole, UK!

Adventure Pirate have 24 camping pitches available to book. We are based in Lytchett Minster, Poole, Dorset – A short drive from the UK’s best beaches, countryside and the world-famous Jurassic Coast!

What is camping at Adventure Pirate? – How camping should be done, with no facilities, other than a couple of composting toilets and a very basic shower! Bring along all your equipment (tents/bivvies), water and food to survive the duration of your visit. You leave your car in our carpark and use one of our trolleys to haul your camping kit to your chosen pitch. It’s the perfect site to practice your bushcraft and survival skills.

Ground fires are allowed onsite which is very rare in the UK these days. All we ask is that you keep your fire at knee height, within your pitch’s fire circle and please do not chop down any of our trees to use as firewood. You are welcome to bring firewood with you. Alternatively, firewood is available to buy from ‘The Shack’.

Unfortunately, campervans won’t be able to get onto our campsite. Dogs are welcome.

Our site is 5 acres of safe woodland, perfect for letting the kids go off and be kids, build dens, get muddy and play games.

Facilities/cool stuff we have in our woods:

•  The shack – A tuck shop/tea/coffee/firewood shack
• An awesome climbing frame and monkey swings
• Our very own mountain bike track – Bring your bikes along and ride our track.

We offer discounted activities for wild campers. Activities onsite include archery, air rifle shooting, axe throwing, big tree climbing, instructor led survival scenarios, instructor led mountain biking, bushcrafts (whittling and making stuff out of sticks). If you’d like to book onto any activities during your stay with us, please speak to a member of staff when you check in.
